Taking these piano lessons has been very beneficial in many ways. It helps activate the brain cells, keep the fingers limber and relaxing. Amy is very patient and knowledgeable when teaching us. I definitely would pursue taking classes with Amy if interested as she works at each individual's capabilities.

The studio and setting are excellent for adult learning, allowing everyone to learn at their own pace – from beginner to those who already have piano skills. I love taking lessons at Calvert Piano! I took piano lessons starting at 5 years old. I stopped taking lessons at around 13. I just didn’t practice like I should have and always regretted it as an adult. After retiring early and going through a serious illness, I wanted to take piano lessons. I found Amy at Calvert Piano. Amy teaches in groups and private lessons. I belong to a group class, which s so cool! We learn at our own pace from the same book — no pressure.
